Pharmacy Program at UW Madison - August 2 - 5, 2017
The Pharmacy Summer Program is a 4-day precollege residential program for rising high school juniors and seniors interested in learning more about pharmacy careers and UW-Madison's college campus. Previous Pharmacy Summer Program activities include: various pharmacy tours, UW-Madison campus tour, compounding and pharmacotherapy lab activities and demonstrations, conversations with current PharmD and graduate students, blood pressure demonstrations, and much more. Students must apply to be considered for the program.
Though any high school sophomore and junior is welcome to apply, high school students who identify with traditionally underrepresented groups in the health sciences (African-American/Black, Native American/American Indian, Latino/a, Laotian, Vietnamese, Hmong and/or Cambodian) are especially encouraged to apply.
