Wisconsin Bankers Foundation

  • Description: 

    This program is open to applicants from two groups:
    1: Graduating high school seniors who will be furthering their education at a Wisconsin state-accredited college, university, or state-operated technical school.

    2: Individuals who are employed by or have a parent or guardian employed by a Wisconsin Bankers Association member. Eligible applicants may be a high school senior, an adult returning to college, or a current college student.

    All applicants may plan to enroll on a full- or part-time basis, but must show proof of enrollment for a minimum of six (6) credits. Note: students planning to attend a government military academy or privately run trade school are not eligible to apply.

    Completed applications must be submitted no later than Friday, April 2, 2021.

    Four awards of $2,000 each will be given to qualified applicants. Selection criteria include:

    • Scholastic and academic achievement
    • Demonstration of financial literacy capabilities and resources
    • Ability to articulate career plans
    • Extracurricular activities
    • Community involvement
    • Other work experience
    • Having a career goal in the financial services industry

WI Restaurant Association Education Foundation Scholarship

  • Description:

    Minimum qualifications for WRA Education Foundation scholarships are:

    • Be a Wisconsin resident.
    • Pursuing post-secondary education in fields related to the restaurant and hospitality industries, such as Culinary, Baking, Hospitality, Food Science and Family and Consumer Science Education.
    • Accepted at a nationally accredited, post-secondary school, enrolled with a minimum of 6 credits for the 2021/22 academic year.
    • Completed application that includes employer or instructor recommendations and school transcripts.

AB Nicholas Scholarship

  • Description:

    The Ab Nicholas Scholarship Foundation seeks to make a college degree affordable for Wisconsin high school students who participate as players or managers in their school’s basketball program. Need-based scholarships, renewable annually, are offered for two- and four-year programs at any University of Wisconsin System school.

    COVID-19 Notice: If you are a graduating high school senior who played basketball or was a manager during your junior year, but COVID – 19 prevented you from participating this year, you can still apply for our scholarship.

    Scholarship applications are available online only starting February 1 and must be submitted by April 30, 2021.

    Award Amount: $10,000 for 4-year programs and $5,000 for 2-year programs

Dream Pool Foundation-Carrie Crystal Stuckert Memorial Art Scholarship

  • Description:

    The family of Carrie Stuckert has created the Dream Pool Foundation, a non-profit organization providing assistance to individuals pursuing education in the visual arts. Currently Dream Pool is offering five (5) scholarship opportunities.

    Interested candidates must possess extra-curricular accomplishments and inspirational goals. Academically capable students must be enrolled as an Art Major at an accredited institution of higher education in the U.S. (This includes Art Therapy Programs). All applicants must be U.S. citizens. Recipient will be required to provide evidence of college acceptance before money is awarded.

    Award Amount: One (1) $3,000 Two (2) $2,000 awards Three (3) $1,000 Awards
