Waukesha Women's Club General Scholarship

  • Both female and male students may apply for this scholarship but the applicant MUST live in the city or town of Waukesha.  Applicant must be involved in school and community activities and plan to continue their education at a 2 or 4 year college. The student’s choice of study is optional. Award is 1 @ $1,000 and will go to one Waukesha North student.

Bob Bartholf Memorial Scholarship $500

  • In memory of Bob Bartholf, a former Northstar who attended Waukesha North in the 80’s. Bartholf was an active member of the DECA program at Waukesha North, so this scholarship is to honor a current North student who has an interest in a career in business.  All applicants must have taken at least one credit within the Business Department, and plan to pursue a degree in a business-related field.  The applicant also must plan to attend a technical, two-year, or four-year college in the fall of 2020.

Kiwanis Club Scholarship

  • Kiwanis Scholarship

    Kiwanis Club is awarding $500 to 1 or 2 senior students. This award is open to all senior students. Applicant must be attending a 2-year, 4-year or technical school full-time in the fall of 2020. Winners will be picked based on financial need but they also look at academics, extracurricular activities or community activities, and job history. Applicant will need one letter of recommendation from a teacher or coach.

Outstanding Business Student Award

  • This $335 award is sponsored by retired Business Educator, Mrs. Diane Voit. Any North High School senior who is preparing for an education-related career (Early Childhood Education Assistant or Teacher, Elementary Education, Middle/High School Education, Special Education Teaching Assistant/Teacher, School Counselor, School Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Communicative Disorders, etc.) may apply. J.E. Worthington Scholarship

  • The J.E. Worthington Memorial Scholarship is a rotating scholarship funded by the Waukesha Education Foundation in honor of Mr. Worthington. Applicant must be a senior high school student graduating in the 2020 school year. The applicant must plan to attend a technical or vocational college in the fall semester of 2020.

    The scholarship will be awarded based on the following:

    •  Good academic standing
    •  Outstanding character
    •  Volunteer service in the community and/or school

Elizabeth and Peter Dianich Memorial Scholarship

  • The Elizabeth & Peter Dianich Scholarship fund was created in 2006 to honor graduating seniors that will be continuing their formal education at an accredited post-secondary institution. Scholarship criteria: academics, school activities, community involvement, character, employment, etc.  Amount: 1 @ $675 and will go to one Waukesha North student.

Waukesha Sunrise Rotary Club Bob Galitz Memorial Scholarship Application

  • Students who are a senior, a member of the Interact Club and graduating from Waukesha North High School can apply for this $1250 scholarship from the Waukesha Sunrise Rotary Club.  

    It can be typed or legibly hand written. This scholarship is for students who do not have a full academic or sports scholarship. Criteria for Bob Galitz Memorial Scholarship selection in order of most importance first.

    1.  2.75 or higher GPA in high school.

    2.  Volunteer activities outside of school.

    3. Volunteer activities as part of school such as Interact, NHS, Key Club, or other volunteer opportunities in the high school.

    4.  Work related experience that helps others.

    5.  Essay of how their goals in life relate to the 4 way test.

    6.  If two applicants have same amount of volunteer activities then financial need would be the tie breaker.

Stowell Family Scholarship

  • This $10,000 scholarship is meant to be for a student who needs financial encouragement to pursue their baccalaureate degree.  This scholarship is available for a student who demonstrates the highest economic need, who positively represents the school and community, and who can demonstrate having maximized their effort throughout high school.  

    The scholarship will be renewable for four years in the following increments:

    Year 1:  $1,000

    Year 2:  $2,000

    Year 3:  $3,000

    Year 4:  $4,000

    Students must maintain a 3.0 grade point average in college in order to receive the funds. Gap years or skipped semesters will not be permitted.  Failure to maintain the grade point average or having any gaps in enrollment will result in forfeiture of the scholarship.

Bethesda Elementary School Scholarship

  • Bethesda students and families value higher education and want to support a graduating senior(s) from Waukesha West and/or Waukesha North High School with money for college. Must have attended Bethesda Elementary for at least four years, have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above and have been accepted to either a two (2) year or four (4) year college. The Bethesda Scholarship committee will review the applications with the Principal

Tech Auntie

  • Description: 

    Students should have a GPA of 3.0 or lower, financial need should be considered. Priority given to students attending WCTC or MATC. Must maintain a GPA of 2.0 for second payment to be disbursed. To be paid in $500 increments for 2 semesters of college.

McCaskey Drama Scholarship

  • Graduating senior who has participated in a minimum of two productions at the high school.

    Student is not required to be pursuing a major in drama

    Minimum GPA of 2.5

    Students must submit an essay which answers the question: How has theatre impacted your life? The most compelling essay responses should be nominated for consideration.

    Schools will make a recommendation of the top two candidates and submit essays to the WCCF for review by scholarship donor who will have final approval of award recipient.

Anthony J. Bralick Scholarship

  • This scholarship is a memorial to Anthony J. Bralick so his family can continue his tradition of teaching and learning. Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: History, Education, Economics, Political Science, Pre-Law or Philosophy. Applicant needs to be a senior in the upper half of their class and needs a letter of recommendation from a past or current Social Studies teacher. 1 @ up to $1,000. Requires an essay of 1,000 words.
