    Mission
    The mission of the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation is to advance the health of the people of Wisconsin by supporting medical and health education. 

    Purpose
    The purpose of the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation Scholarship Program is to provide assistance to outstanding students who will fill Wisconsin’s health care workforce needs in the future. A majority of the funds are available to students enrolled in medical school in Wisconsin with preference to those considered Wisconsin residents and those who demonstrate a desire to practice in Wisconsin upon completing their training. Limited funds are also available for students pursuing other health careers.

    Applications must be submitted by Feb. 1 prior to the academic year in which you wish to attend.

    Award Amount: The amount of each scholarship is based on funds available.

Waukesha State Bank/Carroll University Scholarship

  • Description/Criteria:

    Waukesha State Bank sponsors scholarships for Waukesha high school seniors. The students must be already accepted to Carroll University for fall 2020. Applicant must reside or attend high school in Waukesha County.

    Award Amount: Twenty scholarships at $1,000 each

Educators Credit Union Scholarship

  • Description/Criteria:

    Part of the Educators mission is, of course, education! As part of our dedication to that mission, we believe it is important to help students in their learning journeys through our scholarship program.

    This year, we are giving $70,000 in scholarship money to students heading off to college. Thirty-five current high school seniors will be selected to receive $2,000!

    Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors based on their academic record, participation in school and community activities, and their demonstration of one or more of Educators Core Values:

      • Honesty
      • Integrity
      • Fairness
      • Respect
      • Excellence

      Do you think you have what it takes?

    In order to qualify for an Educators Scholarship, the student must:

    1. Be a member at Educators Credit Union for at least one year.
    2. Be enrolled in a Dane, Green, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Washington, or Waukesha County high school.*
    3. Be eligible for graduation at the end of the 2019-2020 school year.
    4. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the end of first-semester senior year.
    5. Be accepted to an accredited college or technical school at the time of award.
    6. Show a demonstration of one of the core values of Educators Credit Union.
