AES Engineering Scholarship

  • Description/Criteria:

    Our belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria for determining who deserves to be helped.

    For that reason we are offering a scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by an evaluation of the essays that are submitted.

    Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study.

    This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility.
    You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible.

    How to Apply:

    Students must submit an essay of between 500 and 1000 words in answer to the following question:

    When you look back on your life in 30 years, what would it take for you to consider your life successful? What relationships or accomplishments will be important on this journey?

The Schoolhouse Connection Scholarship Program

  • Description:

    Provides scholarships and support to youth who have experienced homelessness to ensure their completion of a post-secondary education program;
    Builds a stable peer and adult support network for recipients, before, during, and after their college careers, and into their transition into the workforce;
    Offers young people meaningful opportunities to engage in advocacy, while providing sustained support services to help ensure graduation and success in life.

    The Award


    $2,000 scholarship award (10 scholarships)

    Trip to a national awards ceremony (travel and expenses included)
    Second gathering in Washington, DC, 2 years after the initial scholarship award (travel and expenses included)

    How to  Apply?

    Applicants must be under the age of 20 (Those who turned 20 before November 9 will qualify)

    Applicants must be entering college for the first time during the 2020-21 school year. (Applicants may be high school seniors, students enrolled in a GED or other alternative education programs, or recent graduates/GED recipients) Undocumented students who meet these criteria are eligible.

American Muscle Student Scholarship

  • Description: 

    We are offering 2 currently enrolled students or high school seniors who are pursuing post-secondary education an opportunity to be awarded $2,500 in tuition assistance towards their upcoming semester! This scholarship is ongoing and will be available for both the spring and fall semesters each year.

    Those students who have exceptional drive and ambition should submit a 700-1500 word essay here telling us who you are and how you plan on using your automotive education to incite positive change and innovation within the custom car industry. All entries must be submitted as a PDF or Microsoft Word document to be eligible for consideration and must also be accompanied by proof of current enrollment in an accredited United States college or university.
