Take your iPad to the library at your school. The librarian will help you fill out the broken iPad form so that it can be sent in to get fixed and they may give you a loaner until your iPad is fixed. Alternatively use this web report tool.

  • Your device won't turn on:

    1. Try holding the screen lock/power button AND the home button at the same time - do this until your screen turns black and restarts (sometimes you have to hold it for a long time to get it to work).
    2. Try plugging your device in for about 30 minutes, see if you can turn it on now using either #1 above or the single power button (try both).
    3. If this doesn't work, go to the library, they will send your device in.
