STEM Saratoga Enrollment Timeline

December 1, 2021: In District School Choice/ STEM Lottery Application Period opens 

Complete online application (available here) and attend a See It Live Tour.

January 7, 2022: In District School Choice/STEM Lottery Application period closes 

Only those with an application and tour complete by January 7th will be included in the lottery drawing

January 14, 2022: Lottery Drawing   Applicant Attendance is not required. Drawings will be held for any grade levels where applications exceed open seats

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or wait list position within 5 business days afterwards.  Accepted families have 5 business days from notification to accept the seat.

February 1, 2022: Out of District Open Enrollment Applications and STEM Post Lottery Application Period open 

Apply online and attend a See It Live event to be placed on the waiting list or offered a remaining seat (if available). (Out of District applicants will be automatically placed on a STEM wait list until accepted to the School District of Waukesha)

2nd Day of School 2022 (September ___ 2022): Wait List Expires 

Interested students can reapply during the next Lottery Enrollment Period (December 2022)

The school choice application period for the 2022-2023 school year will open up on December 1st at 8:00 am and close on January 7th at 4:30pm.

Late applications will not be accepted!
