REQUIRED Register for Sports
Athletes must complete this online registration for each sports season before WIAA season practice/try-outs begin.
REQUIRED Parent Athlete Required Co-Curricular Meeting
The next in-person meeting will be held on Tuesday 2/20/24 at 6:00PM in the Library.
Additional meetings will be available prior to the start of each sport season, or an appointment can be scheduled to view the presentation in video format.
REQUIRED WIAA Clearance/Physical form. A valid physical dated 4/1/22 or after must be on file before an athlete may try out, practice, or compete.
The Athletic Department does not work in conjunction with youth sports, camps, etc. Please contact Amber Kragenbrink in the Athletic Department, akragenbri@waukesha.k12.wi.us or 262-970-3519, if you would like to verify there is a current physical on file.

REQUIRED Athletic Fees
A once-a-year $150 athletic fee must be paid in order for a student-athlete to participate in athletics at any level (with the exception of the following sports: hockey, ski team, snowboard team). There is no sport limit and no family cap. If the student-athlete does not make the team or chooses to leave the team prior to the first competition date, a full refund may be requested. The athletics fee is now paid through Infinite Campus. If you are having difficulty finding this optional fee, please click here for details. OPTIONAL Transportation waiver
Alternate Transportation Form - Complete this form if the athlete will not be riding the team bus to and/or from the competition. Give the form to the coach for each occurrence.
