Hello Northstar Community!

Thank you for visiting our Waukesha North website! I am incredibly proud to serve as North's principal and honored to work each day with our amazing students, staff, and families.

Our mission at North is to empower excellence for brighter futures. We aim to do this by building strong relationships among all students and staff, fostering a culture of academic success, community involvement, and co-curricular participation. Our students have opportunities for advanced learning, experiencing college-level coursework and career-based training before they graduate high school.

North is an AVID Site of Distinction with focuses on our AVID elective courses and school-wide initiatives. AVID's mission aligns closely with our school vision, as we strive to close the opportunity gap and prepare students for college, career, and life readiness. 100% of our AVID elective students are accepted to college, and we work to ensure they have the skills necessary for any post-secondary path to success.

As a result of the dedication and efforts of all our stakeholders, North saw high levels of growth on our most recent state report card. We are committed to utilizing guaranteed and viable curricular resources that give our students access to grade-level standards and the coursework that leads to brighter futures.

Each day, our students amaze me with their kindness, compassion, and inclusion of their peers, celebrating and accepting others of any background. We take pride in being Northstars and understand the responsibility we have to continue our proud legacy of over 50 years serving our Waukesha community.
