Pull up your tube socks, rock out to the band Cherry Pie, and enjoy the silent auction, raffle, 50/50, and wine & dine pull at our largest fundraiser. Waukesha South Booster Club is headed "Back to the 80s" for this year's Raise the Bar fundraiser, and we invite you to join us on the nostalgic ride.

This annual adult social will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, in the Stackner Ballroom at Carroll University. Join us and celebrate our school and raise funds to support athletic programs, band/music, choir, robotics, clubs, and drama activities for students in our school. Many extracurricular programs need supplemental or total funding assistance. WSHS Booster Club members work tirelessly to ensure every athletic team and club receives the funds to curate our students' success. But we can't do it alone. We rely on involved community members and volunteers to make it all possible. Together, we will Raise the Bar and create a brighter future for our students.

Your early commitment to attending our event, sponsorship, or donation will ensure potential months of marketing and exposure for you or your company. We will promote your business, product, or service online, in person, and at the event, which will reach hundreds of families in our community. Please help us Raise the Bar to benefit all students while having fun doing it.

We anticipate the event will sell out with a maximum attendance of 250 in person and limitless online capacity for auction bidders. Tickets go on sale to the general public on January 5, 2024. They are $65 each/ 2 for $120/ or a Super Fan Table sponsor of 10 tickets+ perks for $600. However, we have opened presale tickets NOW to a select group of supporters, including you!

We also have a variety of sponsorships to meet various needs. All sponsorships may be tax deductible; we will provide a receipt for tax purposes. Please take a moment and review the available sponsorships.

Thank You Panel Donors

Heading back to the 80s is as easy as 1.2.3.4

We are recreating iconic 80s movies and music cover art with a South flair. Think Breakfast Club, but the scene is recreated with South students or has a South component added. The panels cost $80 each, and a Rubik's Cube ($25) or Magic 8 Ball ($50) can be added to the panel as a direct donation to a sport or activity of your choice. See the attachment below for a sample image.

Travel and Golf Auction Items

The Waukesha South Booster Club has partnered with Travel Pledge to bring you affordable travel and golf opportunities while also helping us raise funds. Check out this year's opportunities. *Please note that all of these travel and golf opportunities will be added to our online auction platform, Handbid. BOOSTER CLUB GIVES BACK

Waukesha South booster club works tirelessly to help raise money for athletics, clubs, and enrichment for Waukesha South Students. We need help to do it; it takes a lot of willing volunteers and community partners to reach success. When we work together, amazing things happen, and the South Booster Club Gives Back!

We recently held our largest fundraising event in April, Raise the Bar. The monopoly-themed event was fun, and we celebrated all things South at Carroll University's Stackner Ballroom. Community partners, Athletic teams, clubs, music, and drama donated items for our silent auction, and this year for the first time, we are giving 100% Back to those participating teams and clubs! We raised more than $32,0000 with net proceeds of $22,709.80! This remarkable accomplishment is impossible without the extreme generosity of people and organizations that believe in Waukesha South and its students! THANK YOU!

Since the 2021/2022 School year to the present day, Waukesha South Booster Club Has Given more than $100,000.00 to help supplement much-needed funding that helps cover the cost of Safety Equipment, Uniforms, Registration Fees, and more.

Save the date for next year- APRIL 13,2024 Raise the Bar- it's 80s-Themed. We are looking for rock stars to join the RTB committee and get involved. If you or someone you know would like to be involved in the WSBC, please contact Fe Carrillo (Fcarrillo@waukesha.k12.wi.us) or any booster member.

Ways to Help Raise the Bar

ATTEND - SPONSOR - DONATE- VOLUNTEER

Need Ideas? Keep reading.

Get Creative

Are you a talented artist? Can you create something South-inspired? Event attendees love South Art!

Skills & Services

Do you have access to services, a business, or a connection to one that might be interested in helping students succeed in clubs, athletics, music, art, and drama? Think trades (Autos, building), labor (landscaping), and professional skills (tutoring), to name a few. Event attendees love this sort of auction, raffle, or door prize item.

"CHANCE" raffle basket item

One of our goals in the Monopoly-themed fundraiser is to create a "CHANCE" raffle basket. We will collect donation items, services, and gift cards from various sources and make one (or two) higher-value raffle baskets. The "Chance" Raffle ticket is sold at a smaller amount for the ticket holder to have a "Chance" at winning the higher-valued basket.

Don't "Go to Jail" Wine, Dine, and Dash

Do you have unused or unwanted gift cards? We can put them to use in our Wine and Dine Pull. Not restaurant related, no problem; the CHANCE raffle basket may be a good place for them.

Volunteer

We need volunteers leading up to the event and on the day of the event. Is it something you are interested in? Email me, and I will send you the sign-up genius.
