Dr. Rae Anne Ho Fung is a licensed psychologist, Army Veteran, and Executive Director of Clinical Integration at Rogers Behavioral Health. With expertise in evidence-based interventions, she specializes in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and co-occurring conditions.
Dr. Ho Fung’s career in trauma psychology was inspired by her experiences as both an urban teacher and a combat veteran. Over the past decade, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals, treating Veterans and civilians who have experienced interpersonal violence, sexual assault, physical abuse, community violence, combat trauma, and motor vehicle and industrial accidents. She developed the Adolescent Trauma Recovery Program at Rogers Behavioral Health and, prior to her current role, supervised programs in Adult Trauma Recovery and Mental Health and Addiction Recovery.
As Executive Director, Dr. Ho Fung is responsible for clinical quality, fiscal oversight, and operational management across three of Rogers Behavioral Health’s partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient clinics. Dr. Ho Fung is passionate about advancing equity and diversity in mental health care, with a focus on improving access to services for underserved populations. Her initiatives include the creation of innovative programs, such as the Serious and Persistent Mental Illness Intensive Outpatient Program, and collaboration with community organizations to support military personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families.
Beyond her work at Rogers, Dr. Ho Fung co-developed and facilitates trauma counseling courses at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee’s School of Continuing Education. She is also an active member of Southeast Wisconsin’s Veteran Suicide Prevention Taskforce.
Rae Anne earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Psychology from UW – Madison and completed her Masters in Community Counseling and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at UW – Milwaukee.
