The Waukesha West Book Club is a student-led book club designed to foster a love of reading and critical thinking among students. A unique aspect of this club is that students have the power to determine the books they read. This vote-based approach encourages engagement and ownership over the club's direction and provides a flexible and engaging way for students to explore literature and converse with peers. Students have fun while creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences by sharing a love of reading! Book Club typically meets once a month to allow for ample reading time. We also try to watch a movie at the end of the school year that was made from one of the book titles on our list!
