When injured, please notify your Supervisor then call the EMC On-Call Nurse at 1-844-322-4668 (unless it is an emergency, then call 911 first). Work related incidents and injuries should be reported the same day.

• This number is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week (paper incident forms/reports are no longer needed/available)

• The On-Call Nurse will guide the injured employee on the appropriate level of medical care needed for the incident/injury

• The Benefits Coordinator will receive the reports and reach out to the employee directly on next steps
