Order of AHEPA Chapter #43 - AHEPA Scholarship


All students MUST meet each of the following criteria:

  • All applicants must be senior high school students eligible for graduation,
  • Applicants must be a child or grandchild of a member of the Milwaukee AHEPA Chapter
    #43 family or Daughters of Penelope, OR, of Hellenic descent and reside in the four County area
    including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Washington Counties.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale must be maintained.

Applications Requirements:

  • Include a certified transcript of grades from the high school of the applicant. The official
    correspondence must include your class rank;
  • A certified copy of either the ACT or SAT test scores. Not required if noted on official
  • A letter of recommendation, submitted separately, from an educator at the
    applicant's high school;
  • A recent photograph of the applicant, no larger than 2-1/2 x 3-1/2, which becomes the
    property of the Scholarship Foundation;
  • Athletic award applicants must also submit a letter of recommendation from a high school
  • A personal interview with qualified applicants will be scheduled;
  • two paragraph biography (only two paragraphs, please) which includes the high school you are attending, major, college you plan on attending, a few accomplishments and a sentence or two from your letter of recommendation. The biography is required for the Event Program, and is not used for scholarship evaluation purposes. Please email your biography to
