Transition to High School
Transition to High School Meeting
Planning is underway for current Butler 8th graders as they transition to 9th grade next year. We are hosting three Transition to High School meetings in January.
The Transition to High School meeting will cover topics such as the importance of grades, earning credits in high school, graduation requirements, and how to best select courses that will prepare students to meet their future goals. We will be sharing online career tools that will help to guide students through the course selection process. Ultimately, it is a chance for all of us to come together to talk about your child as a student; therefore, it is strongly encouraged that both students and parent(s)/guardian(s) attend together.
Please sign up here for a time slot to meet in a group setting.
