Dear 4k-7th grade SDW Families,

We are writing to inform you of an important correction related to the email(s) you recently received regarding your student’s school placement and transportation eligibility for the 2026–27 school year. We identified an error in the data that was used to generate that communication that caused a problem with the mail merge process, resulting in some families receiving inaccurate information.

Our team is actively working to correct the information and ensure that all records are accurate. A follow-up communication containing your corrected school placement and transportation eligibility will be sent to you as soon as we have corrected the data. Please rely only on the updated information once it is received and disregard the prior message(s).

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern this may have caused and take full responsibility for the error. We understand how important timely and accurate information is for family planning, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make this right.
