Parents/Guardians of Waukesha East high school students:
Please review a very important letter explaining the upcoming mental wellness screenings at East. We hope that this new initiative in the district will help better address our students' mental health and wellness and assist in removing barriers for our students. All your questions should be answered in the two links in this email.
Please complete this consent form prior to October 31st to either provide or deny your permission for your child to participate in the mental wellness screening.
