Did you know that if you pay the entry fee at the gate, those funds are allocated to the School District of Waukesha? By signing up for a Waukesha South Booster Backer Membership, you receive event admissions, exclusive Booster Club swag, and ensure that 100% of your contribution stays at Waukesha South, directly supporting our teams and activities.
Your membership makes a significant impact! Last year, funds from our membership sales and other fundraising efforts enabled us to:
Outfit Our Athletes: We contributed to the cost of team uniforms for multiple sports, ensuring our athletes proudly represent Waukesha South in high-quality gear.
Award Scholarships: We provided 5 scholarships to our Class of 2025 seniors, supporting their academic and athletic futures.
Enhance Athlete Training/Development: We help to fund Hudl, a leading video analysis and coaching platform that helps athletes and teams improve performance through detailed video breakdowns and performance data.
Provide fundraising opportunities: We offer various programs and events that allow teams to earn funds directly. Raised funds can then allocated to meet the specific needs of each team, such as equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and more.

Purchased items can be picked up at the membership table during the events listed below.
You can choose to complete the online Membership form and pay online or pay with cash, check or card at most home events. New this year - you have the option to split your payment into two easy installments.

Thursday, September 11 – Football: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Tuesday, September 16 - Girl's Volleyball: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Friday, September 26 – Southfest: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
IMPORTANT NOTE: Passes are valid for the 2025-26 school year only and cannot be replaced/credited due to cancellations. Concession cash is only valid through the 2025-26 school year. There are no refunds and we are not responsible for lost passes or concession cash.
Senior citizens who live in the Waukesha School District can attend most district events for free—just let the ticket taker know you’re a senior citizen, and no pass or ID is required. This offer is valid for all events throughout the year except WIAA playoff games, including regionals and sectionals.
