The School District of Waukesha is proud to announce that Hillcrest Elementary School has been named a 2026 Wisconsin Blue Ribbon School by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
This prestigious award recognizes Hillcrest for its exemplary academic performance, placing it among the top schools in the state. Hillcrest is one of just eight schools statewide to receive the honor this year. The Wisconsin Blue Ribbon School award was established by DPI to continue celebrating educational excellence following the conclusion of the U.S. Department of Education’s National Blue Ribbon Schools Program in 2025.
Congratulations to the students, staff, and families at Hillcrest Elementary on this well-deserved achievement!
