Join us for the Beer Garden hosted by Friends of Retzer on Friday, July 31 from 4–8 PM at the beautiful Retzer Nature Center (S14 W28167 Madison St., Waukesha) for an evening filled with beer, food, live music, and planetarium shows. Enjoy craft brews from North Pillar Brewing Co., great company, and free parking while supporting the Retzer Garden Project, which focuses on creating an accessible, native pollinator garden.
Throughout the evening, the Horwitz-DeRemer Planetarium will offer special shows including:
Beyond Our Senses: Bank Swallows at 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Aurora: Lights of Wonder at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Stick around after 7 PM for a free “Magical Night of Moths and Bats” program. Don’t forget to enter the 50/50 raffle, with proceeds supporting the garden project. It’s the perfect way to spend a summer evening enjoying nature, science, and community.
