It's Public Show Saturday! Our 11am show is new for the Horwitz-DeRemer Planetarium! Come on over and check out 3-2-1 Liftoff! Space Adventure of Elon the Hamster." Later at 1pm, we'll feature the great show "Cosmic Mashups: Gravity, Galaxies, and Supermassive Black Holes."

Did you know that Retzer Nature Center is celebrating its 50th anniversary?! We're excited & happy to be a part of their celebration on Sat., 6-22 from 3-9pm. There is FREE admission to this event with activities like music, beer garden, planetarium shows, & outdoor activities.

In case you didn't know, the moon reaches the new moon phase tonight! Therefore, if the weather cooperates, it would be an ideal night for stargazing!
You don't NEED to use anything fancy to see some cool stuff, just your eyes, a sky map/star finder, and some patience!
